Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in Raleigh. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
