Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Hollow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Raleigh, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 250 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
