Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Cobalt Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
