Silverline Lantern Insurance is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
