Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Portland, OR)

Bright Basin Facilities Group looks after properties across the Portland region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
