Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Hollow Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
