Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Sable Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
