Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Ashton Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Phoenix with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
