Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sparrow Farms and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
