Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone North Early Learning runs childcare centres in Philadelphia caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
