Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Haven Manufacturing makes precision components in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 298 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
