Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Fox Learning Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
