Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Philadelphia, PA)

Ironwood North Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Philadelphia area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
