Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Willow Medical Group is a Philadelphia company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
