Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Philadelphia, PA)

Bluepeak Rowan Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
