Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Drift Legal Group is a Philadelphia practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
