Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
