Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova Quill Health is a healthcare provider in Philadelphia with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
