Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Orlando area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
