Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Junction Water Authority and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
