Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Birch Freight Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
