Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Lantern Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
