Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Omaha, NE)

Redstone Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Omaha area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
