Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Meridian Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
