Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Wilder Staffing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
