Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cross Telecom and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
