Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
