Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Basin Legal Group is a law firm in Oklahoma City serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
