Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Fern Farms is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
