Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Willow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
