Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Forge Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Oklahoma City presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 376 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
