Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Stone Health runs clinics and patient services around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
