Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Willow Auto Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
