Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Birch Environmental Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
