Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Bright Orchard Freight and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
