Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Redstone Orchard Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports.
