Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Meridian Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
