Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Stone Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in New Orleans with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
