Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Kestrel Markets is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 977 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
