Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate Lakeside Farms Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
