Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath West Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around New Orleans, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
