Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Minneapolis, MN)

Stonegate Wren Inspection Services is an inspection company in Minneapolis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
