Harborlight Clear Health is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
