Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Thistle Insurance and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 985 people based in Miami. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
