Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Vale Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Miami, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
