Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Memphis, TN)

Summit Iron Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 485 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
