Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Cobalt Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Memphis supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
