Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Thistle Early Learning and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
