Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Hollow Care Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
