Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Mill Environmental Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 408 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
